SIGNET'S PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Our organization represents a broad and complementary array of skills that allows us to manage engagements with in-house resources. Signet provides a diverse and seasoned group of professionals who hold academic degrees and certificates in real estate, law, engineering, financial and management planning, organizational development, urban and regional land planning, appraisal (MAI) and investment syndication. Signet is based in Denver, Colorado with a field office in Washington.

SIGNET'S ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Signet understands that numerous parties involved in a similar project providing a variety of functions results in the generation of large and diverse quantities of sensitive documentation. Control of and access to this documentation is required to successfully complete the monitoring oversight activities provided by Signet and its professional subcontractors. Signet’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) can be characterized as an electronic file cabinet that provides easy access to all documents and files relating to the project anywhere, anytime via the web. But, even more importantly, the EDMS is ultra-secure, only permits authorized access, has redundant back-up and an internal audit function that automatically records in detail all events of access and use. The system can accommodate any number of projects and users, with each user only having the level of access authority specifically commensurate to his or her role within the project. This capability is currently being used for our regulatory agency clients whom require comprehensive, accessible, yet secure access to sensitive information.
