Initially, Signet Partners served banks, thrifts and
the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) by managing portfolios of diverse
real estate and loan portfolios throughout the Country. This background,
coupled with the owner/investor perspective of our principals, allowed
our firm to branch out to other agencies and private clients. Examples
include the preparation of feasibility studies for the development/renovation
of real assets; acquisition/disposition due diligence research, land
planning and development strategies; financial condition assessment;
underwriting and debt restructure; transaction management and closing
supervision; legislative white papers for new program authorization,
and development of portfolio management programs. |
