Signet works with lenders, sponsoring agencies and property owners nationwide to assure all terms and conditions of construction agreements are met before escrowed funds are dispersed. In addition to directing and managing the physical inspections and confirming completed work has been done in strict compliance with all contractual requirements, we maintain tight internal quality assurance practices, records management and client reporting, and internal checks and balances that conform to the highest audit standards.
Complementing Signet’s construction escrow administration and disbursement expertise is the available use of the robust “Jack Henry SilverLake” automated asset and loan system or JHSL. The JHSL is a dynamic, industry standard servicing system that is especially well suited for construction management and was designed to efficiently automate construction budgeting and funds disbursements. The system provides flexible tracking and reporting capabilities, is highly scalable and accommodates a variety of asset and loan types. User defined parameters enable tracking and “tickling” the processes relating to all types of collateral and document information. Thoughtfully designed security features assure process integrity is continuously maintained. All data is secured and backed-up, with archive files stored offsite.
