Representative Engagement: HUD/OAHP Mark-to-Market (M2M) National Closing Contract

Signet Partners, as a National Closing Coordinator, reviews affordable housing restructuring plans that have been approved by the OAHP office for other contractors and accepts transfer assets for closing. Signet Partners has its own legal and closing coordinators for these processes. In this process, Signet Partners prepares the plans for closing and completes the transaction between owners, title companies and the federal government. In reviewing these documents, and preparing them for closing, technical problems and issues are revealed. Signet Partners works closely with HUD, Public Housing Authorities, Qualified Non-profit entities and other Private Participating Administrative Entities to resolve and to investigate documentation and information that is relevant to restructure but also to the preservation of the affordable housing and the processes and management procedures that support this effort.
