Representative Engagement: The Haven at York Street
Master planned a 188-acre community in
the City of Thornton, Colorado, consisting of 526 single family
units on a range of lots sizes, with unified design and development
standards, including landscaping, infrastructure, open spaces,
and trail amenities. Responsibilities included the initial
acquisition of the property and contract and entitlement due
diligence. The entitlements process included the creation
of the master planning documents, planned development zoning
standards and conceptual plan layout; final approval of zoning
and preliminary and final Plats for the property. |
