Representative Engagement: General Services Administration, Region 10 – Master Planning and Feasibility Study for the Auburn, Washington Facility

Modeled a comprehensive Master Plan from a complex series of strategic and economic tradeoffs. The inability of continued warehouse use to meet economic performance criteria combined with the limited existing and potential federal office/special use demand, led to master planning strategies that more efficiently balance the use of the Auburn asset with federal space needs.
